Vientiane Service Apartments was founded in 1999 by Mr. Pascal GOYER who has been living in Laos for over 20 years. Established in the vicinity of the downtown location. The vision and concept was to provide a fully equipped furnished luxurious residence in a green environment. What sets us apart from other establishments is our uniqueness of having 5 original Lao style houses. Some of these houses are over 100 years old which you will only find outside of Vientiane.
Making the difference in services, we provide our guests with a full range of leisure activities, allowing them to relax while staying with us in the city of Vientiane. All this is possible by providing our guests with maid services, full security, Tennis and Badminton courts, Ping Pong and Swimming Pool.
