The European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lao PDR had its foundation general assembly in May 2011 and its existence has been approved by Laotian authorities later in the year. The Chamber is managed by an Executive Committee which consists of 11 elected persons. Day-to-day operations are managed by an executive director.
Board meetings are regularly organized. Minutes of the meetings are accessible to members once they are logged in the website.
