This Decree, as of April 25 2013, is laid out to implement and clarify the content of selected articles of the Law on Economic Dispute Resolution accurately and to ensure that the implementation of such Law is carried out in a uniform, accurate and effective manner throughout the country, as well as being consistent with the international treaties and agreements to which Lao PDR is party.
