Today’s workers are motivated by more than just a paycheque. Increasingly, professionals don’t see a division between work and life goals. Rather, they are looking for meaning, purpose and the opportunity to create a positive legacy in every aspect of their lives. This can seem like an overwhelming task, but achieving it is simpler than you think.

This two-day workshop will empower your team to unearth their hidden potential and ignite their higher purpose in becoming agents for positive change — at work and in their communities. Using a blend of theory, real life case studies, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how they can create lasting change in their personal and professional lives. Through a step-by-step process, Dr. Joe Kelly will show your team members how to identify their core values, nurture their passions, hone their unique talents, and contribute more to the world around them. Your staff will learn tested strategies to develop the qualities of a change-maker: someone who takes initiative, cultivates creativity, harnesses the forces of community, and embraces uncertainty in order to create a positive impact.

With employee engagement a key factor in determining retention and productivity, this workshop will empower your team to lead happier, more fulfilled and ultimately more productive lives on and off the job.
