Background:                                                                            

In 2018 the Ministry of finance has issued the Lao Financial Reporting Standards and allows companies to enjoy a transition ending 1st January 2021 where Lao FRS becomes mandatory for large entities as well as small and medium enterprises. Therefore, the Chief financial officers, accounting manager and accountants will have to tremendously in 2020, prepare for the transition of their organization to Lao FRS.

In this regards, the European Chamber of commerce and Industry in Lao PDR (EuroCham Laos/ECCIL) together with the Ernst & Young Lao Co., Ltd (EY) is proud to support the companies operating in Lao PDR with a series of coffee- talks this year end.

Objectives:

The coffee- talks will provide the attendants with an understating of the key standards of FRS while covering concepts, requirements, and examples.

During an intensive 1-hour coffee talk, the attendants will have the unique opportunity to review their current accounting practice, develop their knowledge and raise issues to EY’s Lao experts

Member of ECCIL 300,000 LAK / 1person per 1 session
Non-member of ECCIL 500.000 LAK / 1 person per 1 session

*The fee includes coffee and light breakfast, handouts and certificate (certificates of participation will be provided to the people who joined all sessions)
