TRAINING ON BETTER BUSINESS WRITING is for anyone who works in an international business or deals with international customers, better communication in writing is the key to success. The better your writing is, the more confident you'll become in your ability to express yourself clearly.

This Better Business writing workshop is designed to help staff at all levels improve their written communication skills for business environment. It highlights the importance of being able to express yourself clearly through writing. It also explores the fundamentals of grammar, the importance of finding and defining your personal style, and how to improve upon it as you progress in your career. This workshop will help you produce more powerful and accurate written communications, and save time while you're doing it.

By the end of this 1-day programme, you will be able to:

• Express yourself persuasively using plain English;


• Understand the basics of English grammar and punctuation;


• Plan documents that convey a clear message;


• Produce first drafts quickly;


• Get the tone right; and


• Write emails and other documents that can produce desirable results.
