– Contact existing and new customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services
– Maintain a good relationship with the clients by contacting them often, having meetings with them in their office or outside for coffee, lunch or dinner
– Update daily and accurately the in-house CRM (Mysales) for any request from our customer and then follow-up regularly to keep the opportunities up-to-date
– Contact the suppliers according to the different products the customer has requested (or eventually alternatives) and trying to negotiate the best price
– Create quotations (In Inflows) and submit them to the customers
– Follow-up the delivery status of the goods ordered by the customer and update him regularly until the delivery to their premises, if possible, without delays
– Assist with the execution of all sales activities
– Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets according to the sales plan
– Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
– Develop and maintain a profile database of all existing and potential customers
– Present and sell the company’s products and services to potential customers
– Conduct sales presentations to company decision makers
– Work harmoniously and efficiently with the sales team members and the other departments
Qualifications:
– Have experiences in IT services and General knowledge of IT
– Good command in English, especially in reading and writing skills
– Good administrative and computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, etc.…)
– Able to work under pressure (the work is target-led)
– A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous. (New Graduated will be consider)
– 1-3 years’ experience in an IT sales environment.
– Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
– New graduates will be considered, if they meet our selection criteria such as: active, eager to learn new things, love sales skills, enthusiastic, etc.
– Fresh graduate will be considered if he/she love sale job.
