• Plan, monitor and control accessories in orderly storage
• Work with sales management team and provide unique/customized recommendations to customers
• Provide customer information and fully understand what the customer needs
• Answer questions by phone, email, WhatApp, Facebook page etc.
• Monitor IT inventory and report incoming and outgoing goods to the board of directors
• Check and manage the inventory of incoming and outgoing goods or goods that are always in arrears.
• Provide goods and transport to customers on time and make sure for the destination
• Care and after-sales service will give customers good feedback
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Pleased when customers come to visit and provide information as they need to know, inform other departments or personally as the customer needs.
• Evaluate performance using key indicators and solve problems to improve it
Qualification & Skills:
• Prior Working Experience (1-2 Years)
• New Graduate will be considered if you’re a person of Enthusiasm
• Good Team Work and can be help to each other when requite
• Excellent communication skills. Good command in English would be a plus.
• Computer Office Suit, email, social media general knowledge
• English is can be communicated, speaking, writing, reading
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
