On 23rd July 2018, 6:00 pm, a construction accident occurred in Xe-Pien-Xe-Namnoy power dam causing heavy flood in Attapeu province. The warning has also been issued about the possible collapse of the dam. Many families have been heavily affected by the flood. The European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lao PDR would like to ask you to join us in raising funds for flood victims in Attapeu province.
