On the morning of 28th September 2018, Dr. Dan Fitzpatrick, a Senior Economist Advisor of ECCIL, gave a seminar to the staff of the Prime Minister’s Office. The seminar covered the topic of moving Lao PDR’s position of 141 in the Ease of Doing Business Index 2018 to double digit by 2020.
