On 24th May 2018, an Ordinary General Assembly was held at Suntara. The General Assembly was attended by 37 members of ECCIL in person or via proxy of which 31 were ordinary members of the chamber. All members of the ECCIL’s Executive Committee participated in the meeting in person or via proxy.
The meeting covered the following topics, which were presented by Mr. Guy Apovy, President of ECCIL, and Dr. Ramon Bruesseler, Executive Director of ECCIL:
- Activity and Financial Report 2017, Budget for 2018
- Vote on activity and financial report and budget
- ECCIL’s new strategy and activity plan
- Vote on amendment of Articles of Association
