Participants learned about necessary leadership skills in ‘Leadership Skills’ training provided by ECCIL
On 9th-10th October 2018, ECCIL organised a training named ‘Leadership Skills’ at Crowne Plaza Hotel. The facilitator of the training was Tony Campbell who is an expert in providing training to businesses, government departments and different organisations worldwide.
Throughout the training, participants were given a range of information on what makes a great leader, which skills a leader must have and how to gain them. They were also able to understand the difference between leaders and managers, the importance of inspiring a vision, understanding and influencing motivation and so on.
ECCIL would like to thank all participants that took part in the training and Mr Campbell for a very fun and interesting training session.
