The European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Laos (ECCIL) is conducting the Salary Survey 2019 to collect update information on salary scales paid by employers (commercial operation) in Laos. We hope this information will be useful for the business operators in Laos to manage their human resource through setting appropriate salary scales.
The final report of this survey will be accessible for free of charge by ECCIL members and other companies that participate in the survey through sharing the information of their company’s salary with ECCIL. ECCIL will ensure a strict confidentiality on the sources of information, therefore information of an individual company participated in this survey will not be revealed.
