We are happy to inform you that a new Executive Board has been elected during our last General Assembly, on April 6th, 2013. Mr. Guy Apovy was reelected as the President of the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lao PDR.
Mr. Guy Apovy (AGL), Mr. Olivier de Peyrelongue (Sinsay), Mr. Guillaume Perdon (BFL), Mr. Paul Simcock (Vientiane Geomatic Service, Vientiane Hydrographic Service) and Mr. Gerald Walewijk (Lotus Consult) have been re-elected. And we warmly welcome new electees Mr. Alistair Brown (Lao Tobacco) and Mrs. Annemie de Scheemaecker (Vientiane Diamond Cutting).
As the amended Articles of Association were not passed, the Board will invite you to an extraordinary General Assembly within the next few weeks to pass the revisions they are working on in the meantime.
