Second Postponement of the Filing Date for Financial Statements: our member DFDL Legal and Tax Services, has shared the second Notification, No. 0764, dated 21 April 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance and replacing the Notification No. 0636, dated 26 March 2020.
The extension of the deadline is due to the continuation of the COVID-19 crisis in the Lao PDR: the new filing date of the financial statements for 2019 is now 29 May 2020 (from the first postponed filing due date of 30 April 2020).
If the outbreak of COVID-19 continues, the Ministry of Finance will issue further notifications.
