EuroCham Laos is pleased to announce that the first meeting of the Trade and Logistics Advocacy Working Group will be held on June 7th, @ECCIL Office at 9:00 AM.
The purpose of this working group is to understand and define the main issues being faced by our members within their import-export and logistics operations including, but not limited to dry port border issues, illicit/parallel trade, trade insurance restrictions linked to Lao PDR rating and changes in government guidelines negatively affecting your daily operations.
The Trade and Logistics Advocacy Working group members will work together, under EuroCham Laos, to create a stronger unique voice for the Lao Government to raise these issues and advise solutions to improve the overall business environment of Lao PDR and benefit the private sector and as a result of the local community as well.
Please note this meeting is restricted to ECCIL Members and only industry professionals within the scope of the working group.
RSVP is required and attendance is subject to confirmation.
We kindly ask you to limit participation to 1 or max 2 people from each organization, with a representative who intends to participate in this working group meetings going forward.
