Our organization is headed by DCG Global, based out of Melbourne, Australia; and as a group of companies with a current valuation of $35 million, we have entered 6 international markets and secured #1 positions in all of them since our company’s birth in 2009. We have #1 market share for online + events in Cambodia, Mongolia, Nepal, PNG and Fiji. We first entered Laos 3 years ago by acquiring the existing portal www.yula.la, and have spent the last two years renovating the platform and increasing the market share via extensive marketing and content generation. Yula.la has over 50 active corporate clientele in Laos presenting products and brands to our audience. We have also launched Lao’s first ever specialised real estate platform, which is entitled www.banlao.la. This website will optimize for both local and international investors seeking to buy, sell or rent Laos’ real estate. Banlao.la has a supporting real estate agency arm, with Lao, English, French and Mandarin speaking agents, focussed predominantly on project sales, land sales and investor real estate consultancy.
We have an international management team in Laos located in our office in Vientiane Center (4th Floor), overseeing over 15+ local staff. We have a team of 70 staff in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, (realestate.com.kh) who also support elements of our company – for example, tech development and mainland chinese marketing strategies. In Melbourne head office, we have over 20 staff working on our technology and traffic growth.
We have also launched targeted marketing events in Laos, covering all types of consumer goods and services (but still anchored in real estate, finance and cars).
