Laolive was founded by Rafael Amador in 2013. At the time, it was almost impossible to find high quality Spanish foods and wines in Laos.
Rafael, originally from the media industry, he saw an opportunity to start bringing in the foods and wines he loved and missed to Laos. Frederic Dionne-Vachon joined the company at the end of 2018, his love of high quality gastronomy and experiences many years in the high end restaurant business, made him a perfect match addition to the company.
Laolive imports, promotes and distributes high quality foods and wines from Spain. In terms of food, it sells conserves, olives oils as well as fresh products such as lberico and Serrano hams, chorizos, cheeses, and other delicacies. Targeted markets of the company includes restaurants, hotels, grocery stores as well as retailing to individual customers.
