Mascot International A/S is an international, family-run textile company with headquarter in Pårup, west of Silkeborg, Denmark. The company is 100% owned by the Grosbøl family. MASCOT was founded by John Kjaergaard Grosbøl in 1982 under the name Scan Termo Konfektion ApS, selling winter clothes. In 1989, workwear was launched. The name became Mascot International A/S in 1995.
Mascot opened its own factories in Vietnam in 2008 and in Lao in 2013. By owning the factories, Mascot is able to control the manufacturing process 100% in order to secure optimal production planning and quality to the advantage of its customers.
The work environment for our employees is very important. For this reason, we are certified according to the SA8000 standard that Includes frequent audits by BSI. We are member of Fair Wear Foundation and Sedex.
