ECCIL EuroCham Laos organized inhouse training on “Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation” held on 21st March for our platinum sponsor, BFL BRED Group .
The training aimed to strengthen the capacity in planning, controlling and evaluation of working plans. Three main keys to building an effective planing skill had been highlighted including leadership development, working analysis, routine planing and planing for projects. Additionally, experiences gained from using modern planing tools had been shared by an expert from Thailand, Dr. Nara Kittimetheekul, who expertises in human resource development. At the end of the course, the trainees learned to apply methods that appropriate for its particular scale of operations.
