We influence and negotiate almost every day and we’ve been doing it since we were children. As kids, most of us learn how to negotiate by negotiating with our parents – but  as we get older, many of us lose that natural ability. As a result, we end up being far less successful than we could be at getting more of what we (and our businesses and stakeholders) want and need in a professional environment. But everywhere in the world, the most successful people in business, non-profits, and government are those who can negotiate and influence effectively.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the secrets of the very best negotiators and identify your own negotiating style. We’ll present you with tools and models that will help you to negotiate and influence successfully in a range of situations.  We’ll draw on the latest research and thinking and provide you with a range of practical exercises to build and test your skills. And you’ll come away from the workshop equipped with powerful techniques and strategies that you’ll be able to apply in your professional life, as well as in your life outside work.
