In the morning of 16th of February 2021, ECCIL EuroCham Laos conducted the Breakfast Talk on “How Millennials are Changing Organisations” with the participation of members and non-members.
Our panelists who are from millennials and GenX discussed and shared insights about millennials working style, how to lead and engage millennials in the workplace as well as reducing turnover rate and productivity on performance in the workplace.
During the session, participants had opportunities to exchange and to raise interesting questions regarding the topic.
