The European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lao PDR (ECCIL) would like to thank all of our enthusiastic participants who have attended and successfully completed our two-day workshop on Customer Service Excellence from 17-18 July 2019.

During the previous year, we had successfully organised a one-day workshop on customer services. Therefore, this year we had come up with the 2nd part of the workshop which has covered more information, and the participants of this workshop were able to learn that there are other ways of customer services used in the current situation.
