On 20th February 2018, ECCIL organised a training on customer services at Crowne Plaza, Vientiane. The facilitator was Tony Campbell, who has 30+ years of experience in providing trainings to business people across the world. Over 20 participants joined the training and were able to learn about customers’ needs and expectations, learning the ways to deliver customer service excellence, dealing with stressful situations and using social media to deliver service excellence. Everyone has found the training very informative and fun thanks to our fabulous trainer Tony Campbell!
